- Approach candidates with discretion ensuring client confidentiality.
- Selected candidates are interviewed and screened after which a shortlist is forwarded to the client.
- Interviews are arranged for successful candidates at client's discretion.
- Pre and post interview consultation with candidates and clients to achieve a successful conclusion to the assignment.
